Sergeant First Class Charles H. Webb served with Detachment B-52, Project Delta, 5th Special Forces Group. He gave his life in service to his country while serving with one of the most elite and secretive units of the Vietnam War.

The reconnaissance teams of Project Delta inserted deep into enemy-controlled territory by helicopter at twilight, operating for days with only their skill and courage between them and an enemy that outnumbered them many times over. The men who served on these teams represented the finest soldiers in the United States Army.
