Sergeant First Class Arthur Glidden served with Detachment B-52, Project Delta, 5th Special Forces Group. He gave his life in service to his country while serving with one of the most elite and secretive units of the Vietnam War.

Project Delta never numbered more than 100 American officers and enlisted men at any one time, yet it became the most highly decorated unit of its size in the entire Vietnam War. Every man who served in its ranks was a volunteer, and every mission carried the risk of never coming back.
