Judy Larouere and her brother, Joe Prevedel, flank Michael "Enigma" Mendel. He completed a 1500 mile motorcycle ride to be present for the ceremony. He had worn Charles Prevedels MIA bracelet for over 20 years and here he turns it over to Charles brother and sister.
