Narrative for photo #59 above: These guys
functioned just like Post Engineers, and took excellent care of the
Delta compound. If we needed it, they somehow found a way,
especially that good beer from the Philippines. They also took care
of those vehicles that somehow found their way into Delta. At one
time, they even scrounged an 18 foot runabout for the troops to use
on stand down. After the Delta FOBs became sophisticated, one or
more of these great guys went to the FOB to set up the power
equipment and electrical system. And they sometime stayed at the FOB
