PFC Cooper S4 - The youngest man in Delta, 19 years old. Coop was a good troop who always gave a 100%. When I returned to Viet Nam in 1968, Cooper had been promoted to Sergeant and was still with S4. We had a chat over a beer at the Delta Hilton prior to my leaving for Pleiku and the II Corp Mike Force.
